The Helsinki-Uusimaa Regional Programme combines two major instruments of the Finnish regional development: a long-term Regional Strategic Plan and a four-year period Regional Programme, which are combined into one single, effective programme.
The Helsinki-Uusimaa Regional Programme sets out the general
long-term development aims and associated strategies for the region. The
programme also outlines the central development projects for the
following four-year period.
The more detailed Regional Implementation Plan outlines the
actors for individual projects and preliminary
project budgets stated in the Helsinki-Uusimaa Regional Plan.
